Project name Joining Forces Lafayette

The Romanski Group of Keller Williams Reality has joined forces with Habitat for Humanity to build a home for Cpl Matt Bowman and Family. The project’s name is Joining Forces Lafayette!!! We are excited and dedicated to the the opportunity to give back in the community that we live!!

I first heard of Matt and Paige Bowman on Mar 03,2011, I was reading The Journal and Courier’s coverage of the story regarding the Candle Light Vigil First Christian Church in Lafayette that evening. As a father I was touched instantly and felt a need to to do something…my first thought that came to mind was to build them a home!! Must of been the realtor in me;) It is my responsibiltly both as a follower of Jesus Christ and a business owner in this community to do something..We are blessed to have a Real Estate business in Lafayette that provides for us and feel that is our obligation to give back to the community that supports us.

If you are going to reach out to the community to build a home for one of us than you need help, and whom better to Join Forces with than the experts at managing volunteers and building homes than Habitat for Humanity of Lafayette!! Let me tell you I really had to twist Habitat’s arm to get on board;) And that is how Joining Forces Lafayette came to life. Together The Romanski Group of Keller Williams Realty and Habitat for Humanity are committed to building the Bowman’s a home!! And by the way…did I mention that we are building 2 homes at once…See Matt and Paige are truly humbled by the love and support they have received and feel that it is only right for them to give back as well, so to honor that we are also building a home for a veteran in our community as well. This will be a traditional Habitat for Humanity build that will be an annual event!!!

This is going to be a HUGE project and we will need lots of help Lafayette!!! Right now we are embrace financial assistance, In-kind contributions, food for volunteers, job site volunteers and lots of prayer;)

Habitat For Humanity of Lafayette is a Non-profit 501c3 and will be handing all financial blessing!!
